By using the Glide Motors online store and our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our online store sells high-quality kayak, canoe, and small boat propulsion motors that are more maneuverable, easier to use, more versatile in difficult or poor water conditions, stylish, and faster than many of our competitors. Our motors can be installed in minutes. However, each motor and kayak is different during installation and may affect installation time. By creating an account on our online store, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself. You must be 18 years or older to use our store.  We reserve the right to change our product offerings at any time. All metrics advertised were performed in favorable conditions and thus may be different for individual watercrafts and users. We guarantee the quality of our products and services and will take action for any found issues or defects found upon delivery. All intellectual property, copyrights, and logos associated with our products and services, including online, belong to Glide Motors Limited Liability Co. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel member accounts for any reason. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glide Motors from any claims or damages arising from your use of our online store or during any misuse of our products.  We reserve the right to change and modify these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to use our online store, you agree to the updated terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration. In terms of buying our products:

Boaters are responsible for checking with local authorities, such as the Department of Natural Resources, the Coast Guard, or other waterway management entities, to ensure that their purchased equipment meets all relevant regulations and guidelines in the areas where they intend to use their trolling motors.

All boaters are responsible for their own safety when using our products. Always use the safety lanyard. Only use as directed.
